⚠️ Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: eventregistration@himss.org. Registration cancellations by telephone are not accepted. Cancelled registrations received 2 weeks before the Event is scheduled to start (Thursday, June 25, 2026) will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. Canceled registrations received after this date are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 90 days of receiving the cancellation notice. Reinstatement of registration is not permitted after cancellation has been processed by HIMSS. Unfortunately, no exceptions to this policy can be accommodated.
