Terms and Conditions

I would like to register for this event and I agree with the following terms for this event. The Event Terms and Conditions (which include reference to HIMSS' Privacy Policy) explain how HIMSS will process my data.
  • I understand that aspects of this event may be recorded and agree that my image or voice may be used by HIMSS in all media, including social media without payment.
  • I understand that HIMSS will use my registration information in accordance with HIMSS’s Privacy Policy.
  • If you register under a Worksite that does not align with your current employer, HIMSS reserves the right to shift your registration to the correct registration fee category. Please keep in mind that additional registration fee charges may apply in such cases.
  • Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: reg@himss.org. Cancelled registrations received 2 weeks before the Event is scheduled to start will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee (for paid registrants only). Canceled registrations received after this date are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 90 days of receiving the cancellation notice. Reinstatement of registration is not permitted after cancellation has been processed by HIMSS. Unfortunately, no exceptions to this policy can be accommodated.

The Certified Professional in Digital Health Transformation Strategy (CPDHTS®) is a certification program designed to demonstrate your knowledge and competence in digital health transformation strategy – including person-enabled health, measurement and improvement, and strategy, governance and organizational management.

The CPDHTS certification will help you:

  • Demonstrate that you meet a global standard of professional knowledge and competence.
  • Increase credibility to current and potential employers.

This package includes the following:

  • Accelerating Digital Health Transformation Globally Course - a self-paced, on-demand, 10-hour course aligned with the CPDHTS exam competencies.
  • CPDHTS Self-Assessment Exam - a 50-question online practice exam developed using the same process as the CPDHTS certification exam.
  • An optional onsite 2-hour prep session immediately prior to the exam in which certified instructors will be able to answer any questions and provide a review of best practices for test taking.

NOTE: Conference exam takers are also required to complete the full exam application. An email with a link to the application and further instructions will be provided within 5-7 business days after you have registered. Access to the course and practice exam will also be provided at this time.
