Available to university full-time students. Please send a copy of your student card to reg@himss.org in order to receive your discount code.

Registrants selecting the student category must meet the eligibility criteria as full-time students. If your registration does not align with this status, HIMSS reserves the right to adjust your registration to the appropriate fee category. Please note that this may result in additional registration fees.

Please note:

  • The registration rates do NOT include French VAT charges. A 10% VAT, as required by French regulations, will be added to your total payment at the end of the registration process.
  • If you register under a Worksite that does not match your current employer, HIMSS reserves the right to adjust your registration to the appropriate fee category. Please note that this may result in additional registration fees.

Dutch Community:

If you selected to be part of the Dutch Community program, ensure you select 'Bank Transfer' as your payment method. Cognicum will then proceed with booking your participation within the Dutch Community program, including the payment for this event.

Please note:

  • A 10% French VAT will be applied to the registration fee for all attendees.
  • If paying via bank transfer, please ensure that all payments are received no later than 3 weeks prior to the event start date (by 20 May 2025) to confirm your registration.
  • For paid registrations, cancellations with a refund are permitted if requested in writing to reg@himss.org by Wednesday, 19 March 2025. Refunds, minus a €100 administration fee, are paid ninety 90 days after the conference ends. After the 12-week cutoff (19 March 2025), registrants may still cancel but will forfeit the entire registration fee. Registrants unable to attend may propose a substitute attendee, which may be accepted in HIMSS’s sole discretion. The proposed substitute must register for the Conference and pay the fee associated with their own registration and membership status. Once completed, the original registrant must send the substitute’s registration ID to reg@himss.org and the original registration fee will then be refunded in full.
