If your registration does not align with this status, HIMSS reserves the right to adjust your registration to the appropriate fee category.   • The registration rates do NOT include French VAT charges. A 10% VAT, as required by French regulations, will be added to your total payment at the end of the registration process.

The European Health Data Space (EHDS) legislation has arrived, marking the direction for healthcare data management across Europe. The next step is to pave the way for implementation.

This session will look into the critical next steps of implementation, on national levels and will explore the complexities of extracting and integrating data from various healthcare settings, from primary care to specialized hospital services. We’ll outline impact on healthcare providers and give patients the space to express their expectation from healthcare data sharing on the European level.

Payment

Please note:

  • A 10% French VAT will be applied to the registration fee for all attendees.
  • If paying via bank transfer, please ensure that all payments are received no later than 3 weeks prior to the event start date (by 20 May 2025) to confirm your registration.
  • For paid registrations, cancellations with a refund are permitted if requested in writing to reg@himss.org by Wednesday, 19 March 2025. Refunds, minus a €100 administration fee, are paid ninety 90 days after the conference ends. After the 12-week cutoff (19 March 2025), registrants may still cancel but will forfeit the entire registration fee. Registrants unable to attend may propose a substitute attendee, which may be accepted in HIMSS’s sole discretion. The proposed substitute must register for the Conference and pay the fee associated with their own registration and membership status. Once completed, the original registrant must send the substitute’s registration ID to reg@himss.org and the original registration fee will then be refunded in full.
