I opt-in to receive invitations and information directly from HIMSS' exhibitors and sponsors at this event. I understand that this consent relates to all exhibitors and sponsors including those listed on the event website at the time of the event and that I can opt-out/unsubscribe following the exhibitors’ and sponsors’ Privacy Policy.

• I understand that aspects of this event may be recorded and agree that my image or voice may be used by HIMSS in all media, including social media without payment.
• I understand that HIMSS will use my registration information in accordance with HIMSS’s Privacy Policy.
• If you register under a Worksite that does not align with your current employer, HIMSS reserves the right to shift your registration to the correct registration fee category. Please keep in mind that additional registration fee charges may apply in such cases.
• Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: reg@himss.org. Cancelled registrations received 2 weeks before the Event is scheduled to start will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee (for paid registrants only). Canceled registrations received after this date are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 90 days of receiving the cancellation notice. Reinstatement of registration is not permitted after cancellation has been processed by HIMSS. Unfortunately, no exceptions to this policy can be accommodated.
