The Certified Professional in Digital Health Transformation Strategy (CPDHTS®) is a certification programme designed to demonstrate your knowledge and competence in digital health transformation strategy – including person-enabled health, measurement and improvement, and strategy, governance and organizational management.

The CPDHTS certification will help you:

  • Demonstrate that you meet a global standard of professional knowledge and competence.
  • Increase credibility to current and potential employers.

This package includes the following:

  • Accelerating Digital Health Transformation Globally Course - a self-paced, on-demand, 10-hour course aligned with the CPDHTS exam competencies.
  • CPDHTS Self-Assessment Exam - a 50-question online practice exam developed using the same process as the CPDHTS certification exam.
  • An optional onsite 1.5 hour session immediately prior to the exam in which certified instructors will be able to answer any questions and provide a review of best practices for test taking. This session will occur from 10:45-12:15. After the session, all attendees can attend lunch and then return for exam check-in beginning at 13:00. Exams will begin at 13:30.
  • CPDHTS Exam - one (1) registration for the CPDHTS exam to be administered onsite during the event.

NOTE: Conference exam takers are also required to complete the full exam application. An email with a link to the application and further instructions will be provided within 5-7 business days after you have registered. Please note:

  • No VAT will be applied to registration fees for this event!
  • If paying via bank transfer, please ensure that all payments are received no later than 3 weeks prior to the event start date (through 28 April 2026) to confirm your registration. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted, and all unpaid registrations that selected bank transfer but did not complete the payment yet will be asked to use this option only.
  • For paid registrants, cancellation-with-refund is permitted if requested in writing to reg@himss.org by Tuesday, 24 February 2026. Refunds, less a €100 administration fee, are paid ninety (90) days after the end of the Conference. After the 12-week cutoff (Tuesday, 24 February 2026), registrants can cancel, but will forfeit their whole registration fee. Registrants who are unable to attend may propose a substitute attendee, which may be accepted in HIMSS’s sole discretion. The proposed substitute must register for the Conference and pay the fee associated with their own registration and membership status. Once completed, the original registrant must send the substitute’s registration ID to reg@himss.org and the original registration fee will then be refunded in full.
