Confirm your application for the Digital Champions Programme!

HIMSS has created the HIMSS26 Europe Digital Champions Programme to support healthcare providers in a digital transformation journey by helping them to access our conference, networking and education opportunities. With limited places available, participation is subject to an application process, so you will need to answer some extra questions during registration.  

Successful applicants will receive a free conference pass and €750 in travel support (paid to your employer).  You will enjoy 2½ days of regular conference sessions at your own pace and commit to spend the other ½-day with a small group of peers in a dedicated sponsor-led mini-programme.

If we don’t have a space for you on the programme this year, you can pay to complete your registration (or you can cancel your registration).

If you confirm, the application for the Digital Champions Programme will open on the next page. You will fill out two extra pages of questions for your Digital Champion application. The first page allows us to tell sponsors why you should participate. The second page ensures we comply with anti-bribery regulations. You will have a chance to update your answers anytime before the 7th April

Application Data Privacy

By applying to join the Digital Champions programme, you are opting in for the specific Digital Champions sponsors (only) to see your application data and by applying, you consent to them contacting you with invitations or offers (although you can opt out of this at any time after the conference). The main conference registration you will complete in the pages before the Digital Champions application also includes separate opt-in choices for all the event sponsors.

Explanation of Registration Fee

Please select the fee category on this page. If you are selected to join the HIMSS Digital Champions Programme, your conference pass will be complimentary and this fee will be waived. If you do not make it onto the programme, this is the paid registration option that you will be offered and you will be able to apply any affiliate code or similar before you pay.

Digital Champions Programme - Regulatory Compliance

Status of employer-facility

Leadership sponsor

Identify a leadership executive at your organization who supports and approves your application to join the “HIMSS Digital Champion” program. (complete each text field)

HIMSS will write to this person to ensure that:

  • Your participation in the scheme is openly declared and will not create any conflict of interest for your organization.
  • Your acceptance of a place would be compatible with your organization’s anti-bribery and corruption policy.
  • Your organization is committing to refund any travel subsidy paid out and pay HIMSS €899+VAT (latecomer provider registration price) if you accept a place and then do not participate fully in the programme

Scope of application

HIMSS is offering successful applicants €750 travel support plus a full complimentary conference pass. For compliance reasons, we will pay the €750 to your employer and you will claim your travel from them in the usual way. If this sounds too complicated, you can request a complimentary conference pass only but if you are accepted onto the programme with this option, you will still be committing to attend an entire sponsor-supported half-day during the conference.

  • Confirm that your participation in the sponsored Digital Champions programme is openly declared, and is compatible with your organization’s anti-bribery and corruption policy.
  • Request an invoice to pay your organisation €750 (+VAT if applicable) travel support, subject to your full participation in the sponsored Digital Champions programme.
  • Confirm that your organization will accept HIMSS’ invoice for €899+VAT for your registration (latecomer provider price) if you accept a place and then do not participate fully in the sponsored Digital Champions programme.

Please note that the amount shown is not due at this stage. If your application for the Digital Champions Programme is unsuccessful, you will be prompted to either complete the payment or cancel your registration (with no penalty) for the HIMSS26 European Health Conference & Exhibition.

Please note:

  • No VAT will be applied to registration fees for this event!
  • If paying via bank transfer, please ensure that all payments are received no later than 3 weeks prior to the event start date (through 28 April 2026) to confirm your registration. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted, and all unpaid registrations that selected bank transfer but did not complete the payment yet will be asked to use this option only.
  • Bank Transfer is available and can be selected if you need to request an invoice — for individual, group, or company/institutional payments.
  • For paid registrants, cancellation-with-refund is permitted if requested in writing to reg@himss.org by Tuesday, 24 February 2026. Refunds, less a €100 administration fee, are paid ninety (90) days after the end of the Conference. After the 12-week cutoff (Tuesday, 24 February 2026), registrants can cancel, but will forfeit their whole registration fee. Registrants who are unable to attend may propose a substitute attendee, which may be accepted in HIMSS’s sole discretion. The proposed substitute must register for the Conference and pay the fee associated with their own registration and membership status. Once completed, the original registrant must send the substitute’s registration ID to reg@himss.org and the original registration fee will then be refunded in full.
