I opt-in to receive invitations and information from HIMSS that are sent on behalf of HIMSS' exhibitors and sponsors. This may include invitations to attend networking activities, information about business opportunities provided by exhibitors and sponsors, research and bespoke content and promotional offers.

I opt-in to receive invitations and information directly from HIMSS' exhibitors and sponsors at this event. I understand that this consent relates to all exhibitors and sponsors including those listed here at the time of the event and that I can opt-out/unsubscribe following the exhibitors’ and sponsors’ Privacy Policy.

By registering for the Event, I authorize HIMSS to apply the HIMSS Member price to my registration. I acknowledge that, if I am not already a Member, HIMSS will activate my complimentary HIMSS Individual Digital Membership, subject to certain eligibility requirements, after the Event. The membership can be cancelled at any time by contacting the HIMSS membership team membersupport@himss.org or the event team reg@himss.org.

By selecting the HIMSS member rate, you agree to the following: "I am already a HIMSS Member or would like to become a HIMSS Member and would like HIMSS to apply the HIMSS Member price to my registration. If I am not already a HIMSS Member, I understand that the HIMSS Membership team will contact me separately to process my HIMSS Individual Digital Membership, subject to eligibility criteria." The HIMSS Member rate typically offers a discounted registration price.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may select the Non-Member rate to be applied to your registration.

By proceeding with registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to the following:

1. I agree to the Event Terms and Conditions, which includes the cancellation and refund policy, and I understand that by registering for and participating in certain interactions at the Event (such as an exhibitor scanning my badge), I am allowing HIMSS to share my personal data with other Event participants.
2. I understand and agree to the HIMSS Privacy Policy, which explains how HIMSS processes my data.
3. I acknowledge and agree to the HIMSS Events Release of Liability and Waiver of Rights.

If I do not agree to these terms, I understand that I should not proceed with registration or attend the Event.
